TERRA AT UNIVERSITY NORTH PARK

Details: Terra at University North Park is an innovative 300 unit apartment complex designed in partnership with the University of Oklahoma Foundation. It is located near a new and growing retail area in north Norman off Corporate Center Drive. SMC worked with Cornerstone Development and ADG Architects to layout the 6-acre site during preliminary and construction phases of the development. Civil engineering services included survey and final platting; grading plan; and on-site private construction plans.
