The project site contained approximately 60 acres of premier retail shopping, restaurants, and outlet shops. SMC engineered the site development plan including layout, parking, road improvements, landscape, irrigation, water and sanitary sewer, stormwater management, building pad design, in coordination with various architectural firms.
Public street improvements at Reno and Council were also done for the City of Oklahoma City.
SMC will engineer an expansion starting in 2014 that will add an additional 30,000 square feet of retail shops.
