The project consisted of designing approximately 0.75 miles of the public street system including the erosion control and storm sewer systems.  All work was coordinated through City of Norman.  The project was funded through a TIF district and was designed in accordance with the 1999 Oklahoma Standard Specifications for Highway Construction (ODOT Specs).
