AutoCAD Technician

Position requires minimum 3 years experience. Must be proficient in AutoCAD.

Candidate should also be proficient in Carlson Civil Suite, with experience in developing plans, profiles and details for commercial facilities and residential developments.

Land Development Project Engineer

Position requires 3 to 5 years experience and B.S.C.E. degree. Prefer E.I. with credentials to obtain P.E. within 2 years of employment. Land Development Project Engineer is responsible for performing and overseeing the detailed design work associated with commercial and residential land development engineering projects.

Position responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple projects
  • Preparing budgets
  • Defining tasks associated with projects
  • Ensuring compliance with client and company standards
  • Monitoring project progress
  • Ensuring timely project completion within budget

Project Engineer shall also liaison with Client, governmental agencies, other professionals, and contractors to facilitate successful completion of projects. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel required. Working knowledge of Carlson Civil Suite, and/or Autodesk Civil 3D software and various industry standard storm water modeling programs is a plus.
